Canadian geese, recognized as a dominant wildlife symbol in Canada, play an essential role in Canada’s ecosystem.
It is estimated that there’s about 7 million of them in North America, just as many as the number of Canadians that have chosen a different path to all others in the last year.
As the geese, they were considered pests by some, irrelevant by others, heroes by peers. They were put on the chopping block and forced to choose between what they find right and their freedoms.
Regardless of where we all stand individually, is this not a sad sight?
